The campsite is huge. It is set in an open red pine stand on an island. There are plenty of tent pads - just take your pick. There is some grass around the kitchen area (always a plus for me). The kitchen is open to breezes from both the west and east. It has a good view of the lake to the west. The landing is a sloped rock - it would be very slippery when wet. Even the latrine is picturesque.
