This site is high above the water in a sheltered bay that leads nowhere. Perfectly secluded. A fairly large open area for tents. The landing is very easy, a bare sloped rock next to deep water.

I think the previous ratings are a little harsh. This is a great campsite for a small party (<4). Quiet, secluded, and 20' above the waterline was comforting. The only negatives are on a sunny day, only a little shade at the tent, and a small swim spot ... but who cares? Bass fishing was fun, owls, squirrels, beavers, and loons were all around us. WE HAD GREAT WEATHER AND A GREAT TIME!

This site was a pleasant surprise after we got off the portage and saw a storm front quickly approaching us and got to the closest available site. Great views from the kitchen, a few close tent pads and decent fishing in the bay.

This is an interesting campsite. It is on a more secluded part of the lake, and the campsite doesn't appear used very often. The campsite is at the top of a huge sloping rock. You land down at the bottom and walk up to the top. There are many jack pines around the site. There is a good view from the kitchen, but the logs around the kitchen are in disrepair. There is one semi-good tent pad. The swimming area is probably OK - I would probably jump off the rock and then get out at the landing.
