Excellent site on a peninsula overlooking Seagull Lake. If you are a star gazer this is your site.
Lots of very good tent sites and a large open fire pit area.
Good landing on the west side and would make for an easy swimming entry (the water was way to cold for us).
Only drawback is that the latrine is a distance back up the peninsula, but it's a nice walk. We were ahead of the bugs, but being on a point you should get what ever wind is blowing.

Beautiful setting on a point. Great views from kitchen and even better views with a short walk. Can handle a large group both in kitchen area and tent/hammock spaces. Great swimming, two landings, walleye, northern and bass from campsite overcomes the long walk to the john and the proximity to a busy portage.

A classid point camp site with 270 degrees of view covering both sun rise and sun set. This site offers the best swimming i've seen anywhere in the BWCA with high jumping rocks and deep entry. Plus there is easy exit rocks to climb out. The kitchen has awesome views of the lake. There are 3 tent pads close to the main camp and another 2 further back with more privacy and nice grassy bottoms. My only complaint would be the canoe landing is small with only room for one at a time. The landing gets deep fast. One last thing, the biffy is a hike so don't wait to long lol. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful view and rocky shore facing east down Sea Gull, breeze from the open water keeps the bugs away. However, it's more than a tenth of a mile to the ranger box.
