Stayed here for 3 nights in 2008. This site is HUGE. Has a beautiful sand beach, lots of really nice tent pads, an excellent fire pit/kitchen area. We call this the Boy Scout site because BS troops use it frequently. This site is perfect for larger groups. It is close t Louisa Falls, and is a short paddle from the islands up north in Agnes. Lots of good trees for hammocks. We really enjoyed this site. I tried to camp here again in 2010, but a group got there just 10 minutes before we did. Stayed at this site July 2005. It has a beautiful sand beach and sandy swimming area, which is a rarity. Its surrounded by a swampy area which made the bugs terrible. Not enough places to go to the bathroom - you could almost smell it. Heavily used site. The sand is nice and it's close to Louisa falls, but overall, it marginal.
