This was a big camp site, but I don't remember exactly how many tent pads there were. There was a rocky ledge on the east side of the site, and I caught several smallmouth fishing off of the ledge. Across the lake from the campsite on the east side of the lake, we caught numerous pike. Our outfitter said the bay on the north side of the site just below the rapids was great walleye fishing, but we did not get to try it out. There were good views of some rapids to the north, and we saw a moose across from the campsite on the east side of the lake.

Slept under the stars out on the point one beautiful night in 1975. We set up camp in late afternoon and spent the evening portaging back up and shooting the rapids over and over.
