Easy landing on the north side. We originally landed on the south of the point which works, too. One huge tent site that could fit a few tents that is relatively level and mostly free of rocks and roots. Decent hammock spot. Amazing views and rocks to hangout on all around the point. Kitchen area is pretty exposed to any wind, but has some decent shade. Good spot to swim with some sand. There seemed like quite a bit of traffic after having not seen anyone go by our site on Little Sag, but since it is close to the portage it made for a quick out on our way home in the morning.

Really enjoyed this lake and this campsite. plenty of swimming opportunities. Did encounter two gardener type snakes while sleeping on the outcropping.
Saw a UFO straight south of the campsite. Hovered up and down for quite awhile, bright white light, just over the tree top level.....

A really nice spot. There are trails to explore running in both directions from camp. (nice if you're windbound as I was) Great veiw of the lake, but lots of traffic going by, being so close to the portages.
