After seeing both of the other sites on the lake, we checked this one out just to know if it was worth our while. It was small and pretty exposed next to the portage. It isn't an overtly bad site though. I gave my group the choice and they decided to back track to the middle site.

Landing is very easy - sloped rock with a shallow angle. Both tent pads are small. One very small one is near the fire grate. The other is close by and is only a little bigger. Nice view. Will probably get a lot of traffic going by.
