So this is the primary site on the lake. But there's really only one tent site I could find, and it's way up high, a bit of a hike from the water and the kitchen area. Not a level site at all. Canoe landing OK, and swimming is certainly an option. 1.5 stars seems about right.

Had lunch here on 8/28/2012. Partner and I thought it was very nice. Sure, the climb to the "loft" tent pads is a hike, but you only have to carry your tent pack up once and down once. "Okay" landing ,nice fireplace for a grate with decent parallel log seating,(widowmaker nearby) lots of shade from pines and cedars. FP probably 20' above water elevation and upper area probably another 30' up. 1 large and 1 smaller pad on top. I'd call it a 3-star and would definitely recommend it.

One small tent pad half way up ridge near a small fireplace on west side, sunny till the end of the day. Pine and cedar trees on high rock and gravel ridge. More tent spots at top of ridge but it is a long steep climb; great view from up there but very exposed to the weather.
