Multiple visits here. This past visit we almost camped here, and couldn't get over the heat, and lack of good shade. We made the east move a little further out of our way to the SW campsite.
'Cool' fire grate. decent tent pads, poor shade, meh landing...
The site feels beaten down and abused. It's likely gets trafficked which results in overuse. I say shut this one down and reopen in 50 years.

Very nice view on an exposed rock point. Tent pads are a little more sheltered than the kitchen. They are slightly slanted, but not too bad. Easy landing for one canoe, but multiple canoes could be an issue. Watch out for the downed tree near the landing. When I was there, the water was high, and the branches were just below the water line - you could get a canoe stuck on them.

Camp kitchen is on a cool rock spit. Most of the mature trees here have blown over. The remains of the old fire grate are still embedded in the rock as well which is pretty neat. Cool site

Nice rocky point. We fit 1 4-person tent comfortably and 2 hammocks that ended up right near each other. Unfortunately, someone stripped bark off every birch tree in the campsite so it looks sad. This tends to be a quiet lake.
