This was a campsite of last resort for us because it was getting dark and my Fisher map had the other campsite to the northwest mislabeled. Nice sandy beach that points east. Stairs climb up to a small cleared area. One larger camp pad is right next to the firepit with another pad tucked back to the west a bit. I think if the site was used more often this could be a decent site for a small group, but for the 6 of us, we just used it for 1 night before we found a better site to base camp.

This is a rather closed in site with a small beach and huge pines. My group opted for the site across the way instead.

Nice little sandy beach landing and good swimming area. A unique stair case up to the main camping area. Not really any log seating or view from here but, there are a couple of nice tent pads and a lone white pine sentinel providing shade and cover. Good canoe storage spot just behind the shoreline trees. Potential to be even better.

On a long sand beach, which is a plus if you like sand beaches. Long set of stairs up to the kitchen. There was a big white pine in the site. One nice tent pad at the base of the white pine. The other tent pad is right by the fire pit. You might be able to squeeze one more somewhere - maybe. The main thing I remember, though, were the bugs. It was surrounded by trees, so no breeze, and it must be near a swampy area - the bugs were pretty bad. Other than that, a unique site. If you like sand beaches, you may rate it 4 stars.

Good landing, steep incline up to campsite but very open area with room for a larger group and a lot of tents. Lots of trees so limited view but makes it private.
