After discovering site 612 was unusable we came here. We actually really liked this site but it wouldn't work for a group of any size. Nice fire grate and rock-face common area, but the path down the middle of the little peninsula to the latrine pretty much occupies the only level parts of the site. With a small tent we were able to tuck in with the whole actual tent on level ground, but could only use one door because the other side was right against the edge of the drop down to the lake. It's a pretty site with lots of moss and wildlife, and we had some sort of giant beetle-like bug hang out with us in the common area while we fixed dinner. We called him "bigums".

Ok site for a night, but not the best. Pretty nice views from the fire grate and the kitchen area and latrine are actually both pretty decent. Landing is terrible, slippery sloping rocks. Tent pads will only accommodate small tents and aren't particularly flat. The most obvious food hanging tree is a dead birch, no idea how much longer that will last.
