From a distance, it looked good. I thought it was in a white pine grove up high with a view, but the campsite is down in a balsam and spruce swamp. The landing was about average. It was narrow, but I was able to navigate it. The site is very small, very protected, no breeze, and could be very buggy. It also looked like the entire campsite could turn into a creek in a heavy rain. Based on the leaf litter in the fire grate, it looks like it has been quite some time since it was used. I found one possible tent pad, but it was small. You could squeeze in another... somewhere. You would have to be desperate to stay at this campsite.

Very small site, lots of roots, rocky, buggy, etc. Would be hard to find a spot for a tent, but a small one might fit if it was necessary.

Stoped at this site in order to hike up to the cliff nearby. I did not stay the night and could imagine doing so no matter how late it was. tons of roots, not a lot of open space, and in a buggy cove that's very secluded.

Very rough site. Tiny and secluded. Very uneven ground with washouts. It was late in the day and we needed a camp so we made due. Hung hammocks but didn't even have space for the rain flies. Very tight space with no ventilation, a bug paradise! Fire grate was nice, but placement was bad though it was probably the best the site had to offer.
