This site wasn't marked on McKenzie and the peninsula it's on is marked as an island. Lovely elevated campsite with a sprawling beach.

Long sandy beach facing the sunset got me referring to this site as "Campsite Paradiso" in my head. Lots of space, but gotta climb some rocks to get up to the site. Good fishing in the area. Within view of several other sites.

Nice large, elevated site with a beach landing. On some maps it shows as an island, but there is a swampy area that connected it to the northern landmass when we were there. Saw a moose one night in the swampy area.

Nice views. Bit of a climb to reach, but worth the effort. Good easy landing area on sandy beach. Used regularly.

This is actually on a long sandy peninsuala, but is shown as an island on most maps. Great sand beach. Fire pit and much of site is up a steep climb, but some tent pads are down by beach area. Near walleye and lake trout fishing.
