We were thankful for this nice site so we didn't have to portage the 320 rods out of the park on our final day. It is a very nice forest camp. I docked it 2 stars because there isn't really any swimming potential and there isn't much of a view of the lake. However, there are 2 cool trails to catch the sunset at. The landing gets a "C".

Narrow landing. Excellent log seating around a sheltered fire grate area however, it doesn't offer much of a view. There are at least 3 top notch tent pads although, they are all back away from the fire grate area. The entire island can easily be explored as there are well worn trails spiderwebbing out. Lots of downed trees for firewood. I thought it was the best site on the lake.
