Great take-outs. Great swimming and diving. Lots of flat space and great hammocking trees. I don't understand the low ratings by others. This site is a gem.

Made a pitstop here after folks had left. This would be a terrific site if not for years of clearing duff and feeding chipmunks. Very aggressive little critters.

Open point site with a good landing on each side. There is a designer firepit plus an extra fire ring, and a good dining area. 3.5 stars

Excellent landing and the fishing was good. Tent pads a bit barren and overused. Good firepit, not a lot of wood.

Lots of space, but heavily used site as others note. Baren bround and roots, and exposed. Not a great site, but may be best option if group is very large.

Boy Scout and Youth Groups take note. Lots of room here but severly over used. Packed out much garbage from past campers here: 3-4 fire pits, several tent pads but roots, stumps and bare ground galore. Exposed to weather but decent location for fishing, picto's and hiking.

Stayed at site in June of '03. Nice site with a lot of clear area for tents. Site is on a peninsula and cooking area can be subject to high winds as there isn't a lot of protection. South edge of site is a nice low area with a large rocky beach. Site location gives good views north, south and west of Quetico Lake.
