Only in a pinch, and we were in one. Very small island with small pines and not much else. Beaver and porcupines were raising heck with what few trees there were. Landing is in low area where it connects (low water) to the larger island, and is not great. Zero toilet options without a bushwhack or wade (depending on water level) over to larger island. Small firepit, but it was raining too hard to use it. We set a tarp up on top of the knob, but that wouldn't be a pleasant place if there was much of a wind. Second tent pad is small, though there is a third with a pretty good slope.
