Big site with an upper terrace for views out on the lake. The big turtle is still patrolling the shoreline.

One of my favorite campsites in the Park ... Located among mature pines, this site has a huge fireplace and the Kitchen area has flat rock shelf for eating and using a stove. The canoe pull up / bathing area (look out for the friendly turtle) has nice flat rock landing with deep water near by. Plenty of room for for three tents plus Tarp area. Campsite is situated to take advantage of South & West winds and is well protected from North & East weather systems. A Bonus feature is the flat rock bluff located above & behind the campsite that provides a stunning overlook of the entire lake.
