Close to lake but no longer a good view of the lake from the kitchen area. It looks as if a few newly fallen trees were set up between the lake and the kitchen. Did not stay here (was taken) but walked right through on the border route trail.

Great site. Second time I stayed here. First was 11/01/2017. Lots of firewood very close by. Expansive lake views. Easy beach access for water filtering. Good log for sitting near the fire.

Information obtained from borderroutetrail.org Open fire grate area with an excellent view of the East end of Rose Lake. Tent spaces are sheltered by trees.
