Spacious. Nice views. Good swim access. Good Put-In. No good place to set up the "kitchen", however.

Rock on west side of the point, good sunset views and easy swimming access. Had blueberries.

Did not camp at this site but had lunch here on way to eastern Brent (8-2007). Sloping rock access on western side, alternate access on eastern side. Did not appear overused, but then again we didn't venture too far back into the woods.

This used to be a great campsite (2004), but it is clearly being overused now. Also, some dumbasses tore up a nice seating arrangement apparently for firewood. The charred remnants of the benches still litter the landscape. Someone has also been taking down live mature trees, either for firewood or in drunken revelry. The state of this site and it's degradation in less than 2 years is either a coincidence or an argument against this database.

A nice site with room enough for 2-3 tents. Sits on the crown of the hill so it's not real level. Easy to get in and out of canoes. No problem with the rock unless it was wet from rain. Good fishing close by moved it from a 3 to 4 star in my book.

Hmmm...it's probably a trifling difference(and I hate to disagree with the creator), but I'd only rate this site a low three. It's nice enough and has decent aestetics, but the rock to the west is a bit troublesome to negotiate sober. Decent laker fishing nearby.
