Looked around this bay for a long time trying to find something decent. This was what we settled on. Decently exposed to the west to keep a gentle draft on. Campfire rock and more spots further back in the woods (aka bug nest).

Open pines. The landing was OK - it is on a sloping rock that was somewhat difficult to negotiate without sliding into the water. There is a nice view out on the rocks. The kitchen and tent pads are back in the pines. A few tent pads - all but one are slanted.

Good landing, fairly obvious site not too far from portage to Lonely Creek.

A pretty good site nestled in the trees. Not a great swimming area though. Although there are many sites listed in the area, this was the only one that looked "domesticated" if you'll pardon the word.
