Name: Kimmerle [Kim-er-lee] Island. Two tent sites. Nice kitchen area on south shore called the Kitchen for cleaning dishes and swimming. Visited by Crows. Turtle visited. No firewood. Have to get that from the mainland nearby. Load up the canoe and bring in over and you have a nice spot to yourself. The two portages areas to the north are within view. Memorable spot. Paddle away to use the latrine on the mainland. Great fishing for Lake Trout in Batchewaung Lake!

Great take out and sightlines. But a bit small with little to no privacy. Good trees for hammocks.
