This site might be a campground. Literally, I think if there were road access, there might be room to park an RV here. I packed an absolute ton of garbage out on my brief stop before heading to a more suitable wilderness site.

Nice site - open, with views of both lakes. Probably not very quiet in the summer! Best to access from Pine. With high water you can paddle the small swift and skip the short portage.

Very large and grassy site. It can be accessed from either Pine or McFarland, but the Pine landing is nicer. Not much area to stow canoes along the lake, so one should haul them up a slight slope; easily done. Fire area is nice.
Gravelly swim area.
Drawbacks are the motor noise from McFarland, no real shoreside sitting rock ledges, and slight amount of traffic near entry point.
One could get windbound if headed west, but slip over into McFarland and then to East Pike for some nice daytrip possibilities.
