Easy landing on flat rock peninsula. Only an eastern view; view to the west is blocked. Grassy area behind the kitchen. 2 good tent pads and 3 OK tent pads. Having read that this was a 4-star, I was expecting more, and I was underwhelmed. I thought this was only an average site for Winchell.

It says there aren't any in this lake, but we stopped here for lunch and caught some beautiful Smallmouth bass from shore.

A gently sloping rock face provides a nice canoe landing. A large easterly orientated site. Nice firegrate. Lots of room for tents, but there are no really good spots. Most of the site is sloping or there are rocks protruding.

Very open and large site. Great landing area for canoes. Some tent pads will be on a gentle slope. Lots of trees but none work to hang food. Sheltered from winds out of the SW to NE.
