I enjoyed my stay at this site, it was nothing spectacular but a nice secluded site. Did not see a single person for 3 days and if that is what you are looking for, then this is a good spot. Just a couple shorter portages away from a busier area this little nook does not get much attention. I did not fish much as I got snagged on a windy day and was unable to get my canoe turned around before my reel got spooled....bummer. Fire grate small faces south looking at the lake, the wind was blowing directly from the south and made it hard to have a fire due to the smoke blowing directly at the small sitting area.
2 smaller tent pads and plenty of trees for hammocks.
Looked at the Carl site from the water and it looked like overgrown shrubs all over the site and proceeded to Lux.
Easy paddles and portages for day trips to more popular lakes in the area and this lake is off the beaten path.
No thrills campsite but gets the job done

It really wasn't all that bad, but it's tiny and tucked away.

I'd probably give this one 2 stars if it were on a better lake. Landing is quite rocky. There are a couple of lumpy tent pads. Had a unique rock chair there when we stopped in. Tiny closed in site.
