Decent landing. Great tent and hammock spots, great swimming spot. Got hot in the kitchen without much shade, but plenty of shade elsewhere and room to explore. Great views with no other sites out across the lake. Got there early, two other groups went by after we arrived that looked like they were hoping to stay there. None of the other sites on the lake have views like this one.

This is a nearly perfect campsite. It has an elevate kitchen with room to sit out on the rock face with a sprawling view of the lake with the wind on your face. There is a unique rock cove with a view west towards the sunset. And the island itself provides a beautiful backdrop with hiking. The only downside is the slightly challenging canoe landing. This is a strong four-star campsite from me.

Beautiful, elevated site that was spared from major fire damage. Level tent spots and panoramic views of the lake. The landing is a bit tricky up the elevated island site.

A nice landing climbs up to a wonderfully elevated site with views across the expanse of the lake. The fire grate is very exposed but, there is a huge flat area for tents & tarp rigging. There are trails spider webbing out from camp begging to be explored & an excellent sitting rock down by the lake shore behind camp.

This is a good site with level tent pad(s) and a good view from the rock ledges it is perched on. Huge panorama of the lake and surrounding highlands. Easy access to the outgoing portage into rattle lake so you won't be wind bound. This camp is one of few around in these parts that still has live adult trees. The cavity lake fire of 2006 devastated a huge area which you are now in and it extends out quite far.
