This site has a great fire/kitchen area for a big group, even though my group was only 2 people. Nice elevated view of the lake. Several tent pads, but one that was pretty level and cushioned with lots of soft pine needles.

Stopped here for a place to eat lunch. There are at least three tent pads, but none are very level. There are a couple spots near the fire grate that are more level, if you don't mind you tent so close the the main site area. There are lots of hammock hanging opportunities. There is a gentle sloping rock landing on the shore with a steeper 5-6 foot climb to the main site. It looks like it gets morning sun, but the rest of the day will be filtered sun through the heavy tree cover. Not a bad site overall.
