Don't get confused. This is a 2. maybe a 3 on a perfect day. meh landing, meh firepit area, decent birch grove. The other review loved it, and I'm cool with that. But I went here thinking it was a 4 , and our 2 man group was perplexed by this.

Stopped by the site while day tripping. The landing is just so-so, but the site itself is amazing. The campsite is set in a nice birch forest with perfect spacing for hammocks. Something about this site just seemed awesome. The firepit looked really nice and there are some great trails for exploring. You can walk through the woods to the bay on the West side.
