A wonderful site with a beautiful sunsets. Despite being on the entry lake, we hardly saw a canoe go by as we spent a lazy afternoon soaking in the sun and tranquility, followed by a pretty evening of a campfire overlooking the lake as the stars came out. Didn't catch any fish from the shore, but it seemed like a decent spot to try anyway.

Open site which receives a nice breeze from the west. Great views of the lake and the sunset. Heavily used site as it's situated on an entry point lake. It's roughly a 1 hour paddle from the entry point. Great site for kids.

Canoe landing is to the left of the elevated fire pit area as you approach the site. The two decent tent pads are right behind the fire pit area. The fire pit area is very nice, somewhat difficult to find firewood close to camp. There are two more tent pads back in the woods. One is on the way to the latrine (due East) but is basically on a large, uneven rock outcropping. The second is to the north of the fire pit area, but looks like it could get flooded in rain.
The fire pit and main tent area is nice and open, gets good breeze to keep the bugs away, great sunset views out over the north end of Sawbill.
We found one good bear tree to the south of the canoe landing. Follow the fallen log along the trail and then look left (East) for a leaning tree (about 45 deg). Is fairly high and easy to toss a rope over.
