only site we could find avter 12 hours of paddleing, it was wet and buggy, several good spots for tents, not so only a couple places to hang a hammock. Bear bag hang was hard to come by as well.

Grassy, weedy, rocky landing. Not great for swimming. Lots of bugs. Still better than a Marriott, but not by much.

We really liked this site! Stayed two nights. Nice kitchen area. A little uneven in spots, landing is rocky. Two good tent pads with privacy. Caught pike right off the campsite at both the landing and the path that leads to nearby rapids. Though close to the portage into Jack, it was private with adequate coverage. Latrine a little full, but adequate. One good hammock-ing spot. We portaged into Jack for the afternoon and came back to the campsite via the rapids.

The site is just to the east of the small set rapids. There was a recent blow down event and several trees have fallen. Good kitchen area with adequate seating around the campfire. We managed to squeeze three tents close to the campfire area as that was the only level area. Canoe landing was typical...rocky. The throne was in good order. This could be a very buggy area with the wind in the wrong direction or no wind at all. Very good fishing just below the rapids for Walleye and Pike.

Boggy, nearly uninhabitable place. Among worst sites ever.
