We chose this site to protect us from SE overnight gales that may not come. Beartrack is a picturesque lake with patches of red and orange between the red pines. Site looks SW but fireplace faces away from lake with cramped and overgrown seating. Decent hammock hangs and a good tent pad.

This site is the best of the three on Beartrack. It could reasonably house a group of nine and feels very spacious. The kitchen area is right next to the water, which is nice if the water isn't high. If the water is high, I would suggest staying on a different lake because the other two campsites really didn't look that good.
