This portage was overgrown, and nearly impassable when I went over for a day fishing trip in Morris Lake. We bushwhacked stumbled through a field of boulders and struggled the whole way. One on Morris, you had the lake to yourself. The bass (not our target species) were on a feeding frenzy and would hit the leech before reaching bottom on every cast. No walleyes caught.
