Easy to find portage on both sides with a stone cairn marker on the south side. One big tree down close the south side that required a walk around. Otherwise a clear portage considering it does not get much use. But the undergrowth of green ferns and weeds is waist deep and covers up the uneven footing. Watch your footing. A very wide trail that must be used as a snowmobile trail in the winter.
