This portage was destroyed by the Ken51 fire of 2021. I could find the start of it on the north side but quickly lost the trail when going up on the east-side ridge. The fire burnt eveything so I simply followed the path of least resistence. I followed this ridge southward but did not have time to make a new trail with clearing/cutting and flagging. The south side of the trail starts on the east side of the bay in a floating bog.
