I had time, so I re-built this portage in 2023 with a handsaw and rock cairns. Once you find the trail it is easy to follow. Look for the rock cairns and odd tree blaze. This also re-burned in 2021. It is wide open with the odd standing burnt dead tree and even some young jack pine growing back from 2016 fire.
