Wide open portage in the middle due to 2016 fire. Follow the stone cairns. I cleaned up the deadfall and marked it with new flagging in 2020. Underbrush is growing back thick so watch your footing.

East end is in small bay at south end of long granite slope, marked by crossed sticks dangling from a tree. Some up and down, but easy. (measured at 323 metres)
