I agree with the earlier post. Lack of use is enabling the underbrush to grow back thick. Very tall grass. It is hard to see the path.

The takeout for the portage was pretty obvious, but the trail was not easily discernable due to some blowdown and heavy underbrush. In spite of this, however, it was still relatively easy to find a way through.
