A gradual slope that follows the rapids and falls closely. Nothing challenging here. There's a gigantic white pine near the south landing. We debated whether it was safe to slide down the famed water slide though decided against it. The south landing is super rocky and hard to load/unload at in low water. The north one is much better.

All rapids were dried up by this September day. Still, a unique boulder pile to portage around. The portage was mostly flat.

Straight forward portage but it is a bottle neck on ends. Be prepared to wait.

Very scenic portage with a HUGEmongous pine right along the trail. Passes past the famed waterslide.
