There is a bit of a climb out of Knife, but the portage is gorgeous, especially as you approach the Amoeber side. It really is a unique put in at Amoeber. There was a life jacket hanging from a tree when we took it. 2/5

Not a challenging portage, and it is incredibly beautiful. I took a little step off the trail to enjoy the creek and all of the moss here.

This might be one of my favorite portages ever. Not challenging, and absolutely beautiful. Take a moment to enjoy the creek near the Little Knife side.

On our visit there was a little stream going down the center of the portage trail heading into knife. Other than muddy feet this one was easy.

Rocky climb out of Knife. Nice landing on Knife lake side.
