Swift above approaching the take out. Higher rocks so was harder to see take out for portage on river right on curve. This is spoken of as an Eddy turn into the portage but basically it was pretty easy with water flow just about spitting you out into where this portage starts. Good landing on the take out. We took the portage and.didn’t scout the curve but afterward I felt like we could have run the Little Sturgeon rapids portion and avoided the portage. Obviously Scout it.
