Landing on Little Rush side was a bit boggy (think that nasty smelling mud type bog) and the Rush landing requires you to walk out a bit if you're not looking to scrape your canoe up. The portage trail itself was a bit overgrown, but very easy to follow. Evidence of previous fires can be seen on the trail. (1/5)

Like most of the pin the chain, this one is a little brushy, but not too bad for us.

This one has a short steep hill with a winding and rocky path but, the rest of the portage is pretty straight forward.

Relatively easy portage. Landing sites are OK, and somewhat hilly (particularly on the East side)
