In low water (2021) this was tough to find. I had to get out of the canoe on the rapids rock field and work over to the portage and then back to the north end. Thigh deep muck on that end, so beware. The portage is covered in poison ivy, too, so it's got that goin' for it. Wolf scats all over it as well.
