If you have two people you could simply pick up the canoe and gear and carry it over the portage. Easy peasy with good landings.

Very short lift over portage. If water is deep enough just go to the left side and put right back in the water and paddle thru. You can carry over the rest of the way but it is rarely necessary. Short either way. Again, clear the portage for others as this is a popular spot due to pictographs.
