The location has been corrected in Paddle Planner, and the track shown is from my GPS. Many maps have the Pillsbery end on the point, but it is in the bay to the east. The portage itself is pretty straightforward. The Swallow landing is a sloping rock that makes loading and unloading easy. The Pillsbery landing is not too bad but is a bit tighter.

We had a very difficult time finding this one as McKenzie maps was 150 feet off on its location. This portage is located in the bay to the east of the narrows on the Pillsbery end. After you find the thing it's not too bad.

This portage from Pillsbery is much further east than what is shown. It is all the way into the cove. It is also wrong on most of the maps I looked at.

Nice flat portage. I've seen moose on both ends of this one.
