Water levels were quite low by mid-September this year. We had to up and over. Still, this was negligible.

Paddle through in 2021 even in a dry, low-water year.

this protage did not exist while we were there. the water level was very high and we paddle right through. if the water level is low you would drag on the rocks.

The portage length varies on the water level. An easy flat portage none the less. A porcupine leisurely ate lunch on the bank next to the portage and than proceeded to follow up through the woods.

The water was up when we went through here and we were able to just paddle through (both up- and down-stream).
