As stated by the other reviewer, there are actually 2 portages here. Whether there is a way to connect the two I do not know, but we did not see it.

This portage was difficult to find heading east. It is also broken into two parts, unlike what is shown on maps. The map shows the portage starting from the north end of the little pond where the previous portage finishes. In actuality, the portage can be located by lining or wading your canoe up the main stream for a ways until you encounter the take-out (near the red mark indicating a rapid on paddle planner map). Once you have located the portage, it is actually a fairy easy carry over. After a short paddle, the second part of the portage is encountered. It is much shorter and is a fairly easy up and over.
