Memory Lane #3 for our group. The start of this portage is confusing because it differs from the park map due to blowdowns. It exits on the right (north) side of where the lake runs out. You kind of have to pick out the very faint trail until you get to a beaver pond. Stay left (southwest) of the pond and keep on the trail. It's then fairly nondescript and long until the last 20 rods. You descend a very steep cliff (like 50') and then have a short bogwalk to Poohbah. Going up from Poohbah, this cliff would be a doozy. We two-man carried the canoes down this cliff.
