I went through here in 2014 and the other comments are correct with regards to the location of the portage. Once found, it was an east up and over into Armin.

My Mckenzie map dated 1997 did not show a portage here, only the creek and we assumed a passage. The other member in our party had a much newer McKenzie map showing a portage to Yum Yum at least a hundred yards on the Armin side from where the creek exits. BOTH MAPs ARE WRONG. The creek appears impassable except at very high water. The portage is at the point where the creek forms. It is on the right side when exiting Armin.
