This portage is actually on the West side of the beaver damn. It was moved a number of years ago because of blow down. It is easy to find on the south side (Kekekabic side) and it is a steep rock face on the Kek Pond side. Not a hard portage but the landing on the Kek pond side can be tricky to put in. 1/5

The topography around here is wonderful and foretelling of what is to come as one heads into Kek. Very beautiful area around this portage. We stopped for lunch just before and then were on our way. No difficulties here.
