Thank You! BW veteran here but I'm going in at Trout Lake for the first time. I was wondering if it was worth taking the long portage to camp on Pine and this convinced me. Also was wondering if you had to paddle across vermilion from the boat landing, since it doesn't look like there's a road to the entry point, and from your description that sounds right. Thanks again! It's been a challenge finding anyone who knows that area.
